I wish everyone a happy new year for 2024. I am busy getting prepared for our first Parent Advisory Group meeting at the end of the month. For me it’s a very exciting time and I hope is the start of a lot of great work this year and beyond!
I am hoping we can get some better and more diverse photos than just me talking at events for these updates! This one came from a meeting called the Children’s Research Forum which is run by Leeds Children’s Hospital held in November.
There was lots of interest in the project, in particular about the patient/public engagement work I have done so far. One of my ongoing aims is to help provide a platform for families to share their thoughts and help with research.
